However, she is experienced in treating many other conditions including functional gastrointestinal disorders and liver disease. She is focused on providing excellent and evidence-based care to her patients. Rebecca was awarded her PhD in 2022. Her research examined the utility of intestinal ultrasound in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. She currently serves as the secretary of GENIUS (Gastroenterology Network of Intestinal Ultrasound) and has served on this committee since 2021. In addition, she is a member on the Communications Commitee for IBUS (International Bowel Ultrasound Group).
